Port Orford

Port Orford offers some of the best of Oregon’s spectacular southern coast, from awe-inspiring seascapes to mountain-hiking trails and winding rivers.

Visitors will find an active arts community, plus charming gift shops and restaurants featuring fresh local seafood. The port of Port Orford is one of only six “dolly” ports in the world where working fishing boats are lifted into and out of the water every day. Nearby Cape Blanco Lighthouse is the oldest and most westerly lighthouse in Oregon.
