Too tired whilst driving and forced to stop. This was the worst place to stay. Only called as listed on Tripadvisor. Wish we had driven another 40 miles to the next town where there appeared to be much better hotels. Room was infested with flies. They came out of the walls behind the screwed on pictures, through the window frames and in through the netted bathroom window, which couldn't be closed. I must have killed 40+ flies that night. We couldn't sleep. Our worst experience ever staying at a TripAdvisor listed hotel. Avoid.

Glad we found the Sea Crest, just on the edge of town Port Orford. Small town Quiet and relaxing with the beautiful southern Oregon Coast outside your door. Gary was a Great Host. The completely new updated room was refreshing with porcelain tile, comfy bed, new appliances and furniture. We’re excited to return again !

Yikes
The room was musty as soon as we entered. We carry a flashlight with a blacklight on it, and I don't want to even mention the things we saw in the room. On the bed, there was visible blood (without the blacklight) on both the pillowcases and the fitted sheet. My partner didn't get any sleep as they were too uncomfortable to lay on the bed (understandably). However, the only good thing about the Sea Crest Motel, is we got to leave as soon as we woke up without seeing any staff. Speaking of the staff, I couldn't tell you. There was no one there when we checked in (got the room code in a text) and no one present when we checked out to leave. Definitely won't be staying here again. Sleep at your own risk.

Beautiful room and location. The manager went out of his way to make us feel comfortable and welcome . We will definitely be back and will tell our friends
