Sunnyside Campground is located approximately 16 miles southeast of Blue River at an elevation of 1,700 feet. This campground has 13 sites with trailer space. There is no potable water at this campground.

The Willamette National Forest started charging fees for some activities at the Cougar Recreation Area in June, 1998. The fee comes as a result of many years of listening to visitors and community members. By charging a
fee for this special area, the Forest Service intends to provide a cleaner,
more enjoyable recreation experience for all forest visitors. Beginning in April, 1998, the Forest will also restrict camping to help prevent resource damage.

Directions: From Blue River: Travel east 3.5 miles on Hwy. 126 to Aufderheide Drive (FS road 19). Continue on Aufderheide Drive for 13 miles to Sunnyside Campground.

Seasonal Access: Normal Services Available: April-September (May be open offseason, but without managed services.)

Facility Type: Campground
