Located along the Applegate River, the Jackson Campground offers hiking, swimming and fishing. Camp trailers are not recommended for Jackson Campground due to tight corners and short space lengths. Facilities include flush toilets, piped water, 4 tent or picnic sites, and 8 car sites.

The campground is open from October 1 to April 29 at a reduced fee.

Directions: From Ruch: Travel south on County Road 859, Upper Applegate Road, for 7 miles to the campground.

Seasonal Access: Normal Services Available: Late April-September (The campground is open from October 1 to April 29 at a reduced fee)
