Just about anything you find on TravelOregon.com can be added to your own personal Trip Planner. Find out how.
Each fall, Hood River Valley hosts an old-fashioned harvest festival with local produce, food products, arts and crafts, wine and beer tastings, and all the best the County has to offer. Visitors seldom leave without boxes of Anjou pears, Heirloom apples, pumpkins, berries, and chocolates, as well as a smorgasbord of prepared foods from pies to jams and from smoked salmon to chocolate-covered cherries.
Harvest Fest is a great place to get a head start on holiday shopping too. Here you’ll find more than 100 artists offering an array of arts and crafts, including glass, wood sculpture, ceramics, photography, fiber art, jewelry, and much more.
With music all day and entertainment in the evenings, a kid’s zone, and a food court with local and traditional favorites, this October festival is a must for the whole family.
Harvest Fest takes place on the Hood River waterfront overlooking the Columbia River, where visitors can relax and watch windsurfers and kiteboarders play on the water. Find the bounty of the Gorge at the Hood River Valley Harvest Fest.
