Amity Vineyards, founded in l974 is one of Oregon’s pioneer vineyards. Since winemaker Myron Redford begain producing wines in l976, Amity has focused on Pinot noir. It has made other wines well, Riesling, Gamay noir, Gewurztraminer, Rose to provide cash flow to support Myron’s Pinot noir habit. Amity has won enumerable awards and reviews for its wines and is recognized internationally as one of Oregon’s best producers of Pinot noir, Riesling, Pinot blanc, Gewurztraminer and Gamay noir.
