The Edgefield Winery is unique in a region of the country world-renown for its wineries. Why is that? The operation is run in the midst of a public space – you can actually watch the vintners at work as you sit in the cool, subterranean Tasting Room, enjoying the wines that are crafted just steps away.
Not sure which variety or vintage you’d enjoy? Order flights of red, white, or what we consider the “”classic favorite”” McMenamins wines. Choose those you like best and order them by the glass or bottle. You can also order cider flights. Feel free to take your drink of choice with you on a stroll around the Edgefield grounds or back to your guestroom. Food may be purchased from one of the restaurants and brought to the winery to pair with your drinks. Open daily for indoor tasting, retail sales, and curbside pickup.
