If you have a question, find Jake. He’s the guy with the red hair. A very friendly informative server/sommelier.
When we first entered the wine center on a Sunday morning I was a bit overwhelmed by the bus load of people in the hall drinking and talking. The best part was that we were immediately escorted by the host to a table by a window overlooking the vineyard in a quiet room. Upon sitting, Jake our server introduced himself, the service that we received during our stay was impeccable. Jake was informative about the winery and the wines and told us stories about people that had worked their, the history of the winery and the reason that the statue of a cows horn is an important part of the Domaine Willamette history. If Jake did not have an answer to a question that we asked, we excused himself and returned with the information. Sitting here enjoying wine, views, and our “host” on this beautiful Sunday morning was definitely a highlight of our Oregon Wine experience.

Staff was extremely rude and unwelcoming. Would never recommend to anyone. You can see several reviews on Google about the staff treating multiple groups with disrespect, much like our experience

Very much impersonal
The winery did not seem to take the time to personalize the experience and explain their wines to us. It seemed more of a commercial experience, something we were not looking for. We had previously visited many wineries that took the time to explain their products and get to know our preferences. We feel this point was missed here.

Our of our favorite tasting rooms!
I have to say I love how Willamette Valley handles snow days. Thank you to the incredible staff at Domaine Willamette, who came together and served us perfectly with a smile. You know how to treat your owners and industry guests. Our flights, cuisine, and cozy ambiance were just exquisite.
