Brooks Wines

Brooks’ welcoming tasting room and winery are located on twenty acres in the Eola-Amity Hills AVA, overlooking the Cascade Range and the Willamette Valley floor. Employing biodynamic farming practices since 2002, Brooks is Demeter certified and proactively reintroducing native plants in the estate’s insectary and medicinal herb gardens. While Riesling and Pinot Noir are Brooks flag bearing varieties, winemaker Chris Williams also works with Pinot Blanc, Pinot Gris, Muscat, Pinot Meunier, Melon de Bourgogne and Gewrztraminer. Brooks wines are fermented naturally in small tanks; no nutrients are added and wines are never fined.
