Unexpected Wines, Unforgettable Experience
Andante Vineyard was honestly one of the most memorable winery experiences we’ve had in a very long time. The wines themselves were fantastic!! Approachable, beautifully balanced, and full of surprising flavors that kept us talking about each pour long after the tasting ended. (Definitely try the Aligote & the Gamay!) You can tell a tremendous amount of care and intention goes into what they create here. What truly made the experience exceptional though was the people. Alec, one of the winemakers, was an incredible host: warm, funny, knowledgeable, attentive, and genuinely passionate about both the wine and the guest experience. Nothing felt scripted or transactional. It felt welcoming and personal from the moment we arrived. We also had the chance to tour the guest house and meet Karen, the owner, while she was preparing the space for future guests. You could immediately feel how much heart and thoughtfulness has been poured into every detail of the property. The atmosphere feels peaceful, authentic, and deeply cared for in a way that’s hard to describe but impossible not to notice. We became members before we even finished the tasting, which probably says everything. Highly recommend visiting if you appreciate not only great wine, but the kind of place created by people who genuinely love what they do.

A MUST Visit!
I LOVE the Andante winery. Let me count the ways. The setting is breathtaking, both indoors and out. The wine is superlative, both the reds and the whites, and is comparatively affordable. The staff is beyond accommodating. They are friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, and welcoming. I can't imagine a better experience.

Andante Vineyard Adventure
Splendid. Delicious. Captivating. Winsome. There are not enough adjectives to describe our wonderful experience at Andante Vineyard. Kelsey, our server, was engaging and extremely knowledgeable of varietals as we sipped nature’s bounty. Karen, the owner, introduced herself and we enjoyed a lively conversation of the history of the vineyard. We hope to return at some point this summer or fall.

A memorable visit to Andante Vineyard
I received 2 complimentary tasting flight from Andante Vineyard while attending the Library Uncorked tasting event in Albany. Decided to make Andante my destination birthday treat with my son. It was a beautiful 50 minute drive from Albany to a hidden paradise of beauty and serenity. The staff was so welcoming--we had the entire indoor viewing room to ourselves on this Thursday afternoon with Scott as our personal guide to the history and sensory profile--flavors, textures and our experience with each of the 5 wine tastings on our flight. In addition their accompanying food menu was delightful! Their 6 piece coconut shrimp with dipping sauce was the BEST I have even had and perfect for two! We strolled the outdoor patio and enjoyed the abundance of blooming spring flowers and Scott even took our photo. Needless to say we left with 2 bottles to take home along with a memorable birthday! Try it you will LIKE it!

Fabulous tasting experience
Lovely time celebrating Andante’s 16th anniversary. Fabulous tastings that included Andante’s traditional Brut Rose and bubbles - such lovely wines. The food pairings were delicious and the views and staff were suburb. The entire experience was wonderful. We highly recommend a visit to Andante’s tasting room, vineyards, and gardens.
