Sugarpine Drive-In is a nostalgic destination drive-in restaurant located at mile marker zero of the Historic Columbia River Highway in a converted 1920s gas station on the banks of the Sandy River in Troutdale, Oregon. Operated by husband and wife chef team Emily Cafazzo and Ryan Domingo, Sugarpine Drive-In offers a variety of classic American comfort foods and bright, inventive salads made from scratch with organic, local and seasonal ingredients, and served in a casual, communal atmosphere. A real treat, though, is devouring one of their mouth-watering soft serve sundaes post hike!

Sugarpine Drive-In is a stop on the West Gorge Food Trail and is featured in Tastebound: A Culinary Tour of Oregon’s Mt. Hood & Columbia River Gorge
