VERY delicious hamburgers and fries!

We stopped here on our way home from Leavenworth and once again enjoyed the delicious hamburgers and fries here! While this is only our second time eating here as we have to hit it up while traveling between Portland and wherever we are coming or going through The Dalles, both times have been close to exceptional. Nice people and great food!

Good burgers, good selection. Check it out!

Burgers were good with fresh toppings including Tillamook chedder cheese, my favorite. It was a tough choice between fries, tots, curly fries, onion rings, and I think sweet potato fries. We went for lunch and it was busy, but worth a little wait. Friendly staff and good sized portions. A fun throw back to simpler times, but better burgers. We both agreed we'd go back again.

Classic old style burgers. Fish and Chips nice and crispy

Fries especially nice and crispy. Shakes are old style. Fish surprisingly very good (especially when it's nowhere near the ocean). They told me it comes to them frozen (of course). They also told me the ice cream comes frozen (duh!). There is an off-menu coffee (extra caffeine) milk shake. It's not really a drive-in, but a drive-through or eat-in place.

The food was great, the portions were large. The shakes were extremely thick and had lots of goodies in them.

Ok but nothing special

Very friendly counter service. Extensive burger selection. Sides are all frozen but decent quality. Burger is flat top but lacking in flavor. The shake upgrade on the combo was the best part. OK prices.
