Rooted in commitment to sustainability and education, 82 Acres culinary program celebrates the bounty of the farm at Abbey Road Farm in Carlton and the Pacific Northwest, delivering dishes, wine and drinks crafted with care, passion, and purpose. The menu features small and large plates created around seasonal vegetables as well as Pacific Northwest meats and seafood. Many ingredients are sourced directly from Abbey Road Farm’s 82-acre estate in Carlton.
