You must visit Chetco Brewing Company, a warm and welcoming community hub located in downtown Brookings, Oregon. Brewer Mike and wife Alex opened Chetco in their garage with just an 8 gallon kettle in April 2013. They sold 29 barrels that first year. You may have first heard of Chetco in 2014 when out of nowhere they won a Silver Medal at the prestigious World Beer Cup for their signature Stout. Chetco Brewing takes it’s water and name from Oregon’s southern most wild river-the Chetco. Now a 7 barrel brewery with a 10,000 foot facility offering 20 taps, games, quiet nooks, an eclectic special event space and rotating food trucks and free EV charging stations. Chetco Brewing has become a true Southern Oregon treasure.

Awesome experience! My girlfriend & I both enjoyed ourselves here. Welcomed by an awesome bartender. I've never seen a brewery this big with a giat projector, pool table, cornhole and great beer. We felt very welcomed and we left satisfied. For people who complain about the food truck, who goes to a brewery and expects 5 star food? Its all about the beer at a brewery and that's how we like it. You want good food? Get your good beer here and head to a restaurant. Problem solved. Overall, we loved our experience here. 5/5 we will recommend to our friends and family

Great space and fermented beverages. Had a flight of beers, all good. Daughter had non alcoholic kombucha she said was great. The space is a warehouse with a great TV to watch sports, we sat in the tap room great space with glasses in patio. Nice and light. Food was a vegan food truck. The hot dog trolley was closed. I'm not vegetarian and enjoyed delicious humus and veggies, leak soup. My daughter had the vachos wrap she said was great!

The food was not as expected. Love vegetarian food, but this was disappointing and we were charged for every little thing that the menu stated came with our meal. For instance, asked t o make sure there was avocado with my wrap (which stated it was made with avocado) and was charged for it. Same with my partners dish. When questioned the food truck about it she said they always charge for it! Then why put it as part of the dish????? Anyway, $15 for a veg wrap is a bit outrageous--and then charged another dollar for the avocado. Service was slow and getting to the food truck is ugly and un-restaurant like. The seating enclosed by glass, right on the road, was the best part of this experience......

Good beer, good food, Sun and electrons.
Good beer with plenty to f non IPA options. Free EV charging. Water for dog without asking. Sunny dining with indoor option if rainy. Tasty food but be aware it's begitarian.

Great place
My wife and I were in town on vacation for a week and we visited this brewery in Brookings. The brewery is very nice and big. The beers were excellent and the folks that worked here were super nice( which goes a long way these days) I highly recommend this brewery and again the beers were top notch!
