We always enjoy visiting the Columbia Gorge Hotel. It has beautiful history, but all the rooms are updated with comfortable beds and amenities like small refrigerator, usb plugins and hair dryer. The grounds are very nice to stroll through, very peaceful and the restaurant serves delicious food.

Timeless beauty.
Probably 30 years since the last time we stayed at the Columbia Gorge Hotel. Better than I remembered. It was nicely decorated for Christmas. It was rainy, but that just made the waterfall, Wah Gwin Gwin, and the other falls in the gorge more spectacular. Our corner room #203 had two windows, one west facing, the other north, both with nice views. We were directly above the lounge which was filled with people and live music which ended at 9:50 and was quiet by 10:00. Refrigerator, but no coffee maker or microwave in the room. Not needed, as there is good strong coffee and a microwave in the lobby. Won't wait another 30 years to go back.

A great place to meet and catch up - in the beautiful Columbia Gorge Hotel
A WONDERFUL overnight to catch up with our son and daughter... The room was beautiful, the view fantastic, and the dinner and breakfast was GREAT!

Beautiful Historic Hotel in beautiful setting
This is a historic hotel that has been updated beautifully. We enjoyed the river view rooms . Because it is historic, there are some squeaky floors but the ambiance is worth it. The bathrooms are large and the beds comfortable. The holiday decorations are Victorian in style and are lovely. The grounds and views are breathtaking
