Great Area!
This area has taken off so much and it continues to get better. It’s worth a visit anytime with friends from out of the city. Finally, downtown is getting something upscale, and worth visiting!

Owner is Albeist
Don't patronize any business that Obie owns. He HATES the disabled people. Every handicap space you park in, you risk getting a ticket, even if you have a placard.

Something for everyone here...
There are some fabulous shops here and you'll enjoy spending the time to walk through them. It's covered enough to visit on a rainy day and beautiful on a sunny day, too. You will find something for everyone in one of these shops!

Cute shopping area
We went on the 4th of July so most of the shops were closed or closed early. We had lunch at Eugene Burger - very good. We strolled around and shopped in the Made in Oregon shop. Staff was very nice. Bathrooms were down a few flights of stairs; could have been cleaner but again it was a holiday so I'm sure they didn't have a full crew.
