Stay in the tower
Easy check in and very nice room in the tower. Only downside was no coffee maker in the room. They do have free coffee in the lobby. One of the resturants was closed, I think it was being remodeled. Machines are on the tight side, but we would return someday and hope for better luck!

Pleasant surprise!
Such a pleasant surprise! We were impressed with how clean this hotel is. It was a great stop for our family on our coastal journey north. Food was better than expected, quite good, and reasonably priced. Kids loved the hot tub and pool. Cons are the smoke from the casino (ask for 3rd floor) and no balcony. But overall a great stay!

Cheap paper products at prime price.
While the room was clean and bed comfortable the tissue is not soft and is so thine you have to double up on it to blow your nose. The toilet paper is also only 1ply and not soft at all. The lack of coffee maker means you have to get dressed for coffee. The casino while kept clean has a terrible air filtration system. The non smoking area has outdated games and few to choose from. Last two times I have been there I have woke up during night from coughing. I won’t be back until things change.

OK,But not again.
After they found our reservation , took about 10 mins. all seamed fine. the room was clean, the bed was very comfortable staff was helpful and very friendly. Being on the 6th floor we had a great view of the roof of the casino.room had no Microwave though.walls between rooms is like a sheet of paper, pretty thin.I did not care for all the cigarettes on the casino floor, oR my clothes stinking like smoke. over all the pool and hot tub were nice and clean.Parking was nice and easy.

Excellent experience
Husband & I stayed three nights while visiting/roadtripping to our former hometowns of North Bend-Coos Bay. They're rebranding/expanding as the Ko-Kwel Casino Resort, so watch for newly installed signage. Five individual podium reservation desks are nicely arranged & check-in was the most efficient I’ve experienced. We had a true ADA room ( roll in shower, lots of grab bars) in the tower with a nice bay view. The gift shop is small, but well-appointed. Timbers Cafe food is nicely prepared. All staff is very cordial. Our only gripe was the casino— tight slots & not smoke free. The enclosed non smoking area is small.
