October 25, 2025Jeremy C3 star property at 4 -5 star prices. Your options are limited and they know it.
My room had garbage left from house keeping( toilet paper rolls left on the floor. Room was average at best. Slots are so tight, $300 was lost with very little little pay out over 4 hours. Requested a late check out and was told that the latest would be noon and there would be a $50 surcharge for the extra hour. Food at the timbers was very underwhelming. The prime rim dip was $20 and it was frozen pre sliced meat ( remember steakums) on a hoagie roll. If you can stay somewhere else, I would recommend that as a better option. There is no value in staying here.

Such an amazing experience! We aren’t big on gambling—we mainly chose this spot for the convenience & amenities—and we definitely made the right choice. The room was super clean and extremely comfortable with a gorgeous view of the water. Service from every employee we met was top notch & so friendly. Both restaurants were delicious & the coffee shop was better than any drive thru you can find. The desserts were incredible and there are so many places to relax and unwind if the casino isn’t your thing. Highly recommend grabbing coffee & treats and heading out to the heated patio to watch the sunrise at least once during your stay (I was out there every morning & evening because it was just too gorgeous to miss.) The indoor pool & outdoor hot tubs are soooo beautiful and offer plenty of space to relax with a gorgeous view. The elevators & luggage carts made checking in & out a breeze. Thank you to everyone there for making this such a wonderful vacation experience for our family! We will definitely be back!

Late stop
Late night stop without reservation. Free parking. Was able to easily park oversized vehicle. Rooms were comfortable and clean. Did go to gambling floor. Friendly staff. Picked up a pizza for room. Good tasting and reasonable price. Breakfast burritos for the road weren’t only lukewarm. Coffee the same. Would recommend

Wow! What a wonderful surprise!
A beautiful hotel with a casino in the middle of North Bend. Near the airport and close to the Dunes. The rooms are spotless with friendly English speaking room attendants. The front desk staff was efficient and a gentleman named Dallas was as well trained and hospitable as any five star concierge. My only criticism was the smoke in the casino, the only non-smoking area was a small room off the side. The minority is running the show. Probably the best run hotel operation in Oregon.

Cherished Wedding Experience
We booked our daughter’s wedding here. She is the 14th of 17 kids, and this is our 14th wedding thus far. We are so pleased and impressed at the quality and care Ko-Kwel put into making this a special event for our entire family. Reasonably priced, catered, comfortable and down right fantastic experience. Thank you Ko-Kwel Coos Bay for all your efforts!!!
