Olivia was absolutely amazing! We ended up getting hit with rain, and she went above and beyond to help us out when we really needed it. She was incredibly kind, helpful, and accommodating, and honestly made a stressful situation so much easier for us. It’s not often you come across someone who is genuinely willing to step up and take care of people the way Olivia did. Her customer service was outstanding, and we seriously appreciate everything she did for us. She helped us out big time and definitely deserves recognition for it! Thank you again, Olivia! We couldn’t have asked for better service and would absolutely recommend her to anyone.

Wonderful Service
Great place. Wonderful staff. Jamie, our host exceeded our expectations and was wonderful and diligently worked to get us reservations over Labor Day weekend. Having kind and helpful employees such as Jamie is a true asset to Ko-Kwel. Thank you to the entire staff!

Great Stay for fun and food
I can’t say enough about how nice the stay was and how nice the staff was. Dylan (maybe Dillon) checked us in and was very personable. My girlfriend asked about his lanyard and it turned into a fun discussion about bands, travel, and music. The room was nice and very spacious, and we chose the first floor to be near the pool, which was great, but also NO POOL NOISE was a very nice surprise. The pool, while busy, was well maintained and clean. The food was great, and despite losing money to the machines, it was still a great experience :) Definitely would stay again.

Great gym
I have been coming to this hotel for 3 years. I was always disappointed with the gym faculty. They have upgraded their gym and is now an excellent facility.

Nice clean rooms and casino. Good food options. Josie Dixon did a great job helping us at check in. Fun place and interesting location.
