In addition to hiking and dune buggy rides, visitors here enjoy crabbing and fishing at Winchester Bay, shopping at specialty stores and visits to the century-old Umpqua River Lighthouse. Every Father’s Day weekend, the town comes alive with the buzzing of chain saws for the Annual Oregon Divisional Chainsaw Sculpting Championships.
