Experiencing all that Oregon has to offer can be a daunting task, even for seasoned travelers. Even lifelong Oregonians are still finding new things about the place we call home. Luckily, you don’t have to navigate it alone. Travel Oregon has eight official Welcome Centers strategically located at key entry points throughout the state. Our friendly and knowledgeable staff are here to help you make the most of your visit, whether you’re a seasoned explorer or a first-time adventurer.

At our Welcome Centers you’ll find great maps, brochures, personal recommendations and insider tips on local attractions, activities and events. We’re here to help you plan your trip and create unforgettable memories. Whether you’re looking to explore the great outdoors, delve into the rich cultural heritage of Oregon or simply relax and enjoy the stunning scenery, we’ve got you covered.

Did we mention the fun complimentary souvenirs? We’ve partnered with our friends at Keep Oregon Green to spread awareness about wildfire prevention. We are currently distributing free, limited-edition Field Notes memo books exclusively (one book per person) to our Welcome Center visitors. This cute pocket-sized notebooks feature vintage illustrations and simple tips to help curb wildfires caused by debris burning, campfires and vehicles. Before you travel, read more about what you need to know about wildfires.

Get yours while supplies last and show us on social media where you’ve taken your field notes with you, wherever you go (#traveloregon, #keeporegongreen).

Can’t make it to one of our centers? Visit Keep Oregon Green to order your very own Field Notes as a 3-pack, shipped to your domestic or international door.

Before visiting a Welcome Center, know that seasonal hours may vary. Call ahead to confirm.
