Toketee Falls hike.
Beautiful hike along the water with a ton of greenery. Sometimes I forget there are so many different shades of green out there. Lots of stairs but they are study and feel safe.

Parking lot is a Car Wash
Be prepared to be completely soaked in the parking lot by the huge drainage pipe that is leaking and spraying water all over you, as badly as a car wash.

A nice walk of moderate difficulty with an amazing waterfall at the end.
It is about a 25-30 minute moderate hike through some beautiful forests and along the upper North Umpqua River. At the end there is a beautiful waterfall. There is a very interesting water pipe made of wood at the parking area with water splashing everywhere. Often with rainbows visible. Also nearby is Umpqua Hot Springs, somit is easy to make those a day trip.

Perfect for about everyone.
I had a handful of waterfalls that I wanted to try to get to on our Oregon Trip. Toketee was right at the top of the list after the Columbia River Gorge and Silver Falls State Park. We left Crater Lake early on a Monday morning and headed to the Diamond Lake Overlook (too much fire smoke) and then to Toketee. We parked and marveled at the redwood water pipe that was in the parking era as we had never seen anything like it. It was spraying water everywhere. The hike was good. Only minor elevation changes and some small obstacles on the trail. A few steps. Before long, we could hear the falls. I thought we still had a ways to go, but nope, we were there. It's a very pretty waterfall. After pictures, we headed back and made some stops along the way for pictures of the river. We were there maybe and hour and a half of so. We made several stops on the trail and was at the waterfall viewing point for about 15 minutes. Highly recommended.

My first Oregon waterfall
I love waterfalls and this is a nice easy one to get to. It is about a mile out and back. Easy trail. The trail is well maintained with fencing in what would other wise be some dangerous spots. There are about 100 well built stairs on this trail. The viewing platform is small but adequate. There are a number of benches if you need a rest or just want to sit and listen to the river. The parking is limited but we were able to find 2 spots on a Wednesday afternoon. It does not take long to walk the trail or enjoy the falls so the parking turns over fairly quick.
