White River West Sno-Park is located on Highway 35 approximately 4 miles north of Highway 26. It’s a popular spot for sledding, snowshoeing and cross country skiing with great views of Mt. Hood.
There is space for 200 vehicles, and trailer parking is available.
Visitors please use caution when sledding on a low snowpack year, be aware of exposed rocks and other obstacles.
When choosing an area to sled make sure you are well away from the river. Cross country skiing and snowshoeing is on un-groomed backcountry ski trails.
