Pristine and quiet, this beautiful high mountain lake is wonderful in summer for camping, fishing, and picnicking, and excellent hiking through unspoiled mountain wilderness. Only small trolling motors, canoes and rafts are allowed on the lake. In winter, dry powder makes the downhill skiing here outstanding.
With a base elevation of 7,100 feet (highest in Oregon), Anthony Lakes offers the best powder skiing in the Northwest. Ski Anthony Lakes offers ski and snowboard rentals, groomed cross-country and snowshoe trails, snowcat skiing and a charming day lodge with a restaurant and lounge. It’s the perfect down-home, family-friendly winter playground!
Anthony Lakes Ski Area is a proud participant of Ski Green. Ski Green is a partnership between the Bonneville Environmental Foundation (BEF) and leaders in the snow sports industry to build support for non-polluting renewable sources of energy (such as wind and solar energy).
