Well, I have to begin by saying that this natural foods store and deli is practical. You can have lunch, buy vitamins, and get a few grocery items all in one swoop. I miss the salad bar, but there are several health food options available and you can eat there. They have a number of gluten-free, vegetarian, and vegan options here. If you don't like fast food and are travelling. WAAALA, you've found your joint:)

This is a nice little store with everything I need. I shop here for my vitamins, and the staff is knowledgeable and helpful. And I feel safe going in the store during these COVID times.
