The store itself is great, but the tour was well worth signing up for. You do need to do this in advance as there is limited space, but it was worth taking. We found it to be very educational and fascinating. Our tour guide was great! Highly Recommend

Quality & Quantity!
Large, clean, well-maintained store - filled to the brim with all things Pendleton! They have a huge variety of blankets (robes), and all types of clothing. We were greeted immediately upon entering and directed to the sale racks and boy did we find sales! High quality items at affordable prices. Professional, yet fun and friendly staff members made our shopping experience here at Pendleton top notch! We will definitely return.

This is about a miserable experience ordering with them online. I ordered two pillows on 2-6, but had not received any notice by the middle of the following week as to whether they had been shipped, so I called in hopes of getting some answers. I was told they would look into it and let me know, but I did not hear anything over the weekend so I called customer service this Monday morning, and once again I was told they would look into it and let me know. Well, I got tired of waiting and called again a few minutes ago and I was told (once again) that they would look into it, but I decided that enough was enough. I canceled the order. I used Afterpay to pay and one payment has already been made. Now I have to deal with Afterpay to get my money back and stop future payments. It's a mess! All because of POOR COMMUNICATION between customer service and their distribution center. Whoever is in charge of things there needs to look into this so it doesn't happen to anyone else.

Terrible customer service
Customer service for this shop is beyond horrible. They are completely unhelpful and do not have any interest in solving the problem. They sent me the wrong item, have never apologized and are taking forever to correct the issue.

We took a tour while visiting the Pendleton Woolen Mills store. The tour was only about 15 minutes, but very interesting and loud. Our tour guide was very knowledgeable.
