Camas Country Mill Store and Bakery

The Camas Country Mill Store and Bakery is owned and operated by Tom and Sue Hunton. Their stone-burr mill produces small batch artisan flour which they sell in their shop and use to create all of the ingredients made in the bakery. They also grow organic, transitional and conventional cereals and legumes on their farm. The bakery offers incredible cookies, scones, cinnamon rolls and brownies, along with a delicious ever-changing lunch menu.
