BELLA also produces Ruby D Quinine Tonics – a small batch, real quinine, no added sugar option for great tonic water. The mission with Ruby D was to create a concentrate that would enhance high quality spirits or could be enjoyed as an alcohol-free refresher without sacrificing flavor or complexity.
The tonics are made with the best quality spices, herbs and dried fruit, and they use only organic agave nectar to give Ruby D a subtle sweetness. Ruby D is available for purchase at BELLA and the Oregon Trail Interpretive Center, and can be enjoyed at both Sweet Wife Baking Co., The Strada B Bar at Churchill School and at The Geiser Grand Hotel bar.
