Not likely to return any time soon.
I don't know what has happened to this place, but compared to a few years ago most of our favorite exhibits and activities are gone, and what's left is frankly boring. What made it worse was the Mural Fest '25 going on in the front courtyard. Pride of place by the entrance went to this particular mural. What genius thought this was a good idea for a children's science museum? And incredibly, it's available for purchase!

Amazing cultural center for science, art and more!
Great hands-on exhibits, classes and camps for kids, plus SO many fun adult events after hours as well. More than just a science museum, this place is an arts and entertainment center and community hub.

Great time
Amazing place to go with your children. All that exhibits were open with the exception of one or two and they had similar exhibits right next to them. The staff was fantastic and we go again love this place!!!

horrible
Far too expensive to be disappointed when walking in learning half the exhibits are broken...ruined my daughters sleepover activity with friends. The girls were all so excited everything was so dark and gloomy so upsetting. Trying to be a cool mom and do something fun and i truly am so upset. Should have gotten a discount or refund if everything is BROKEN??!!

Disappointing!
Paid $46.00 for a family of four. Multiple exhibits either were closed or not working/broken. To make matters worse, there weren't even any signs to let you know. After spinning the wheel in the lobby of one of their main attractions that was supposed to fill a bottle with water first, then shoot it up in the air, a group of young kids explained it wasn't hooked up to work. Seriously, we had tried for about five minutes to make it work, thought we weren't winding it hard enough. Several of the exhibits just to the left after you enter and go down a cave like tunnel did not work, multiple others throughout the exhibit, it was the same. Plus our favorite room, the musical jam room, was entirely locked off with no explanation. Such a disappointment. The ones that were up and running, were still interesting, but way too many not working or closed with no signage or explanation of it all and still really high prices. Just seemed really run down and no longer pride in it. I feel like they should let you know if that many things are not working or out of service BEFORE you pay the entrance fees. I think that will probably be our last visit. Way too much money for that level of activities and service.
