The menu features:
- Uni Deviled Egg with fresh sea urchin, roasted squash, smoked oyster, chive, crispy seaweed, crème fraîche (Uni sourced locally from OoNee Sea Ranch)
- Oregon Pink Shrimp Chilaquiles, with corn tortilla chips, salsa verde, medium-fried egg, queso fresco, cilantro-avocado crema
- Dungeness Crab Benedict with house-smoked pork belly, poached egg, hollandaise, fried Yukon potatoes
- Elderflower Panna Cotta with poached rhubarb and mint
