Celebrated harpist and vocalist Catherine Garvin will bring her enchanting melodies to the heart of the Rose City for a special midday performance. The free public concert will take place at the small amphitheater inside Pioneer Courthouse Square. Known affectionately as “Portland’s Living Room,” the square will serve as the perfect acoustic backdrop for Garvin’s signature blend of sweeping harp arrangements and soulful vocals.
