West Hills Vineyards is the result of a family coming together with a shared vision. Jim and Myrna Gulick started West Hills with their three daughters, Lisa, Michelle, and Jennifer. Their vision for West Hills is to make wine that brings people together. A wine that they’re proud to share with you, and is made to be shared with those you love. West Hills is a historical gathering place on the grounds of the 1858 home of Governor I.L. Patterson. The Vineyard features a tasting room with classic wines and a chef prepared seasonal menu. Everyone is invited to come experience live music, bocce ball, a putting green, and many other fantastic events hosted on the property. It’s the family’s hope that West Hills becomes a special place for you and your loved ones to create lasting memories.

Family Affair
This was a great tour, top to bottom. Transportation and food were excellent. Car and horse experiences were fun and engaging. The best part, though, was meeting with and talking to the family owners. Great people…great experience.

Wonderful experience!
What a GREAT experience. 1st time to West Hills. Friends gathered for birthday gathering. The appetizer plate(s) were wonderful, the house wine(s) served were delightful and the menu selection, although limited, reasonably priced, were enjoyed by all, I had the BBQ pork sliders that were excellent and surprisingly large (4) quantity. The service was top notch and atmosphere was very nice. I highly recommend the West Hills Vineyard and will certainly be returning. 5 Stars

Service Above Average!
How Reviews Work 5 Stars - Best ever on all experiences. 4 Stars - Best In the area. 3 Stars - Above Average. 2 Stars - Average or maybe a little lower. 1 Star - Below Average. 0 Stars - Terrible to even gross. *Understand this is an individual experience and that doesn’t mean everyone will share the same experiences. We also all have different tastes in what we want and what we taste. First time visiting and was expecting a regular tasting, but was surprised it is a little restaurant. Service - Our waitress was friendly - 3.5 Stars Food - We had an apple dessert dish. It was under cooked and did not have much flavor. - We did not share our concern with our waitress so I am not scoring this. Wine - We shared a white and red (cannot recall which ones), both were just OK - 2 Star. Value - Our Bill was $33.60 with tip. I think this was a fair value. 2.5 Stars Average rating 2.6666 We will be back and try other wines and have lunch.
