Rizzo Winery was established in 2006 converted from a farm located in the Eola-Amity Hills AVA and contains 9 acres of vines. Rizzo Wine’s primary focus is making single vineyard, single varietal wines to showcase the unique varietal and terroir characteristics. Our reds are unfiltered and aged for a minimum of 20 months in oak barrels. A combination of new and neutral American, French, and Hungarian oak is used for aging. We consider ourselves a boutique winery with a production rate of 800 to 1,500 cases per year under our own label. We currently distribute independently through personal contacts and participate in various wine events and private gatherings in the Oregon area.
