Lousy pizza
The worst pepperoni pizza ever. I was asked to wait an hour. That was ok. But then I waited for more than that. I was offered a free beer. Then I get home and opened my box to the worst pizza ever.

Disappointed
Membership- is over sold and the reality is your credit card is hijacked for a year and you do not get extras you are promised. No cancellations are allowed for 12 months from sign ups??? On pick up day you do not get free flights?…not what was sold to me….Who does that? Good wine from time to time but service hit and miss. however… Went to a Halloween “event” here and the only fun we had was drawing a card to lose our membership discount!! and pay $30 a person for Panda Express cold food ! Left feeling unappreciate and not special at all!! I thought that was the point ? Missing the boat trinity et all!!!

Gave it a second shot
Upgrades to this winery have definitely improved the experience over the last couple of years. The wine has improved, but is still not great. Today our server did not know about the wines and was not very friendly -- not typical of one who serves in a tasting room. They do now have a food menu and a separate little cute ice cream shop. Both looked appetizing but were were between meals so did not take advantage of either. The place is popular, so if you are not particular about your wines, and like fun attractions like alpacas and burrows to show the kids, then check out this place on your way into Jacksonville.

Go for the wine, but not the food
The wine is good. If just rating the wine, we would have given five stars. We bought 2 bottles of the Three Eyed Raven to enjoy at home (which was excellent) and opted for a tasting sampler and food while sitting outside. The girl helping us knew very little about the wine or the food and the kitchen was sold out of several items (we visited on a Monday and perhaps that’s why). We opted for two salads and pulled pork sliders which were tasty. A third salad “to go” was missing the apples and pears which are the featured items of that salad and we didn’t realize the error until we brought it home (disappointing). The sitting areas are comfortable and decor is appealing. Would consider revisiting just for the wine since the food is hit or miss.
