The cottage my wife and I stayed in was wonderful. Well appointed. Clean. The outdoor jacuzzi was extremely clean. The setting of the surrounding mountains is beautiful and calming. Close to town with restaurants. My wife and I had our first stay, being wine club members for the past few years, but never finding time to rent one of the cottages. Arrived Sunday to live music in the outside area of the tasting room. Tasty, well prepared and presented chacuterie tray. Had a private wine tasting the next day. My wife and I are wine drinkers for thirty years. On our first trip to the Ashland / Jacksonville wine country we sampled wines, but none as fine as Paschal Winery. We joined their wine club and found the owners to go out of their way during Covid times when we'd fly in from out of state to pick up our wine. Paschal Winery markets the winery as "Family" and "Team," I'm old enough to have bumped into cliches like these. Not so at Paschal. It's the real deal. I rarely write reviews, but I did so, because Paschal Winery is a great experience and the fact that they do not ask me or email me to write a review.
Friendly. Beautiful. Great wine. Bluegrass live. Can't beat it. Rv free parking. Scenic. Near the 5 fwy. Icing on the vacation cake.
I love going there and enjoying the fine wines...Easy to find. Very nice outdoor deck. The staff very friendly.
Beautiful grounds, duck pond, and vineyard. Friendly service! Delicious wines and chocolate cake! The swans, geese, ducks, and llamas really add to the winery experience. Highly recommended!
We love to drive out into the hills & sit looking out at the beauty. The wine & food are delicious, the staff are especially a delight. We enjoy being members also~
