Visiting Ken Wright Cellars was an absolute treat! My wife and I have loved Ken Wright pinot noir since our first sip four years ago. Visiting the winery and experiencing a private tour took our love for the wine to a whole new level! J’Aime gave us a lesson in wine making that was simply incredible. Her knowledge of wine and how it is made is at a level you won’t find often. The owner, Ken Wright, is a man that loves what he does as well as the amazing crew of people who work with him. He truly has a second family with those he works with because of the way he cares about each and every one of them. Ken’s knowledge of wine is only surpassed by the humble and kind man that he is to everyone he meets! The world needs more Ken Wright’s! And if you taste his wine you will want more of it as well. Simply put, the BEST winery we have ever visited! Go and see for yourself.

Loved this tasting room, the patio is amazing and our server was awesome. Sharon was knowledgeable, fun and really made the wines come to life for us. Thank you for the technical sheets at table side. We loved it!

One of our favorite wineries
One of our favorite wine tastings for the 9 that we visited in the Willamette Valley. Each wine that we tasted was explained in detail, and we enjoyed the side by side tasting. Staff was very friendly and personable. We enjoyed every wine on the tasting sheet.

Everything we hoped for in a tasting room experience
We chose Carlton as our base for our one-day Willamette Valley experience specifically because of Ken Wright cellars. We looked forward to enjoying more of his wonderful Pinots and were not disappointed. It was a beautiful day so we chose to sit outside on the covered patio. We enjoyed tasting single vineyard wines from several vineyards as well as 2 of the AVA series wines. My favorite of the day was Bonnie Jean. We also ordered a charcuterie board and enjoyed sampling the different options with the various wines. It also happened to be Porklandia weekend and we enjoyed a free tasting of several pork sausages. Although we had planned on visiting at least one more tasting room, we enjoyed our time at Ken Wright so much we never made it any farther.
