Corollary Wines is dedicated to exploring the terroir of Oregon’s Willamette Valley and its expression in traditional method sparkling wine. Your tasting experience will take place in Corollary's dynamic red tasting room overlooking the estate vineyard on one side and a spectacular view of the northern Willamette Valley on the other. During the visit you’ll taste 4-5 different sparkling wines including blends, roses and blanc de blancs – as well as dive into what makes Oregon a great place for bubbles and how they’re made.
