During our trip to Oregon wine country we scheduled a food and wine tasting at Ambar Estate winery with 8 of our friends, it was one of the highlights of our trip. The food and wine pairing was amazing! The staff was knowledgeable, friendly and approachable. The head chef Heidi, shared the paring choice of wine and food for every course, answered questions and made the whole experience very memorable. The wine was exceptional and I really enjoyed the 2022 Estate Pinot Noir. I also love that the winery is organically certified, one of few in Oregon.

Oregon Wine Country At It’s Best
My experience at Ambar Estate was nothing short of perfect. They’ve done a fantastic job in choosing their staff, all thoughtful, kind, knowledgeable, and intelligent. The facility felt the influence of many detailed decisions, calm, comforting, with an understated elegance and charm. The wines met the expectations of the high bar set and will only get better with time. Kudos all around!
