Disappointed big time.
Order Caesar salad with flank steak. Salad was so soggy, lettuce was limp like it had been prepared sometime earlier in the day and sat in the heat for a long while. Very disappointed.

Great food and service
Visiting in Salem ran out of time to have dinner wanted to get something to take out. Wow what helpful staff in us coming in not for dine-in - so friendly and thorough we got a great take-out and the food is amazing. Delicious. A very welcoming atmosphere and what we took home was absolutely fantastic. A great place I’d love to dine in if we’d had more time! The pasta salad is exceptional in particular.

Usually a hit, but today a miss.
Tough leaving a 2 rating as the food here is generally very fine and fresh. Not today and writing this for staff to monitor stock quality and freshness. Had the Asian wrap for pick-up. Staff is always really friendly and courteous. However, the tortilla for this wrap was very stale and old. Hard to chew and actually had a tough time tearing parts off that were hard to chew. This tortilla should have been 86d last week. Anyway, I will keep coming as this is a great local spot. Usually a hit. Today a miss. And don't serve stale tortillas.

Sit away from the door
When the Dover opens the seats close to the door get very cold. The food itself was very good. Service was attentive at the lobster and shrimp. Melt enjoyed the mixed fries although I find I like regular fries better than sweet potato fries.

Popular spot
Very good food. Service can be a bit uneven sometimes, but the food makes up for it. Soups, salads & sandwiches are very popular.
