Vinny’s Coos Bay
Vinny’s is a family favorite. We have to visit every trip to Coos Bay. Vinny’s has some of the best BBQ and sandwiches in the area. The French fries are the best I’ve ever had and everyone we’ve ever taken agrees. The most difficult part is deciding what to eat. I try to eat different things and they are all great but my favorite is the Hawaiian assassin. My son loves the meathead and my wife’s favorite is the French dip. The fries also have choices of Cajun, Parmesan or regular and ketchup or fry sauce. They even prepare special burgers for our dogs. This place is a must go on our list of restaurants.

Vinny’s Smokin BBQ Coos Bay
This place is amazing. The food is fresh, repaired after you order and huge portions. Everything on the menu is great. Be prepared to wait a few minutes because it’s not pre made. It’s a local favorite. The Owner also owns Yayas Burritos and bowls a few businesses down. This place is a must!! The loaded Mac n Cheese is a must try. The fries offer many choices of flavors and sauces. I like the Cajun. The Godfather is Giant and under 20 bucks. It could feed 3 easily. My personal favorite is the pineapple assassin.

Absolutely Outstanding
The recent 1 star scores for this place confound me. This was our first visit to Vinny's. It won't be our last. I'm 65 years old and the Hawaiian Assassin burger was one of the 10 best burgers of any type that I've eaten outside of the home in my life. My wife had the Al Capone and she raved about it. Our son had the French Dip--he's a FD connoisseur--and he thought it was one of the 10 best FD's of his life. Our fries were excellent. The atmosphere was good, the kid at the counter pleasant and energetic, the length of time to be served appropriate for making sandwiches at this high a level of quality. Either Vinny's had a poor streak for a bit and got reviewed during that time or some folks were trying to sabotage their ratings. Look at the reviews prior to those 1's and you'll see that they are similar to this one. Nuff said.

Fat chewy bacon on hamburgers 🤮
I have ordered Vinny’s many times… all I’ve ever wanted was “crispy” bacon not a fat chewy slice of fat. When crispy bacon is requested … it’s NOT!

Food was not good.
I had high hopes but was sadly disappointed. Our order took 40 minutes. I had a smash burger & there was so sauce on it, the bun was stale. My husband had a Hawaiian burger with added pulled pork. The burger was so soggy at the bottom of the burger it fell apart. He couldn’t even eat it. My son had macaroni & it was stone cold. The reviews were deceiving.
