Disappointed
We have eaten here dozens of times, but this was our first time back in a few years. Quality has gone down a lot. Our table had 1 New York and 2 flat irons. All of the steaks were cooked properly, but extremely tough. My New York had a lot of gristle and fat throughout the steak. Servers were very friendly, but service was very slow. Sad to see it has gone downhill, probably will not return.

A Fun and Delicious Dining Experience
We loved the historic atmosphere of this restaurant! We had driven by three years prior and not had time to stop. We made a point of eating there on this latest visit to the area and enjoyed it immensely. We both ordered filet mignon, which was flavorful and cooked exactly to our requests. We also both had Old Fashions that were delicious and perfectly prepared. There were some tasty looking desserts that we wished we'd had room for. We'd definitely go back to this restaurant if we were in the area again. Also our server was outstanding.

Chicken was good but steak was bad
The filet steak I had was the most flavorless unseasoned and near rancid piece of meat I've ever eaten in a restaurant The Chicken Cordon Bleu was very good

Best steaks in Central Oregon
We celebrated my retirement here with a couple of dear friends recently. The food was superb. I had the big fillet, one had the salmon, and the others had the ribeye steaks. All perfectly prepared, just like we ordered. Best Old Fashioned I've had in a long time - treat yourself, it's worth it. Service was top-notch. We arrived a bit after they opened for dinner.

Dismayed by the extra charge!
I have been to Tumalo Feed Company literally over 100 times and was there for their opening night back in 1965, the food has been great, the service exceptional, and a warm and friendly atmosphere. When meeting there just a week before Christmas with family the five of us enjoyed our meals and a smile or two from the staff. When I ordered that yummy rib eye steak I was asked what sides to choose. I immediately said the baked potato, like normal, and then I thought about the second side and my daughter suggested the cream spinach. Okay, sir, let's give it a try. So when the meal came there was a small bowl of beans and the potato. I told the waiter it was to be the creamed spinach and everyone chuckled. Okay said the waiter, no problem and hurried off to get the spinach. Upon receiving the Bill for $350.00 I glanced at the receipt and saw $3.50 for a side of creamed spinach. I said nothing but the more I think about it the more pissed off I get. Charged for the item which was part of the original order. They F_ _ _ ed up and can only wonder why they did this? Greed? It will be a long time if ever I will go back. Warning, if they mess up your order just suck it up and take it however they give it to you.........
