The lobster roll will cost you ($31.50), and isn't very big, but the split roll was full of nice chunks of Maine lobster meat, served with a side of melted clarified butter, lemon, and a bitty bag of chips. Can't really speak to the fairness of the price because I never buy lobster, this was a special treat, and also my first lobster roll, so nothing to compare it to. I thought it tasted great, the meat seemed very fresh, considering it came from the other side of the continent.

Another great visit to Old Town Bandon and Tony’s Crab shack. Tony’s is more than just a seafood market. They serve freshly prepared food. They cook and clean crab and have a great bait and tackle shop as well as gifts and souvenirs. Their Salmon sandwich is amazing and who can resist hot clam chowder on a cold day. Tony’s has a new T shirt design this year so I had to by several as Christmas gifts for my family the we toured the boardwalk and took pictures. Love Bandon and Tony’s crab shack!

A Great place to eat
I have been to many places and have tried crab cakes but I can honestly say these are the BEST!! They are not fried but are fresh and so delicious. I doubt I will ever find any crab cakes this excellent. The coleslaw was also very delicious, the best!!

It was worth the 3,000 mile trip!
We drove from Florida! We planned our trip so we would be in short driving range of Tony’s for lunch several times. The first time we were at Tony’s was 15 yrs ago and I have to say it hasn’t changed! Still outstanding service with a smile, best fresh local crabs anywhere! Great service no matter how crowded. They treat you like family. I could spend all day there, crabbing and eating and people watching. And or course meeting the live, large Dungeness crab that is paraded around for a meet and greet and a selfie! I’m getting for one of their meals just writing about it! If you’re within a 100-200 miles, go there! Unfortunately, I’m 3,000 miles away! Take advantage of your opportunity if you are close. I’ll be back!!!
