Must go restaurant if you want good food for affordable price.
Excellent food and service. Prices were very affordable. Excellent view of foster lake. This is one of the top restaurants I have visited which impressed me for the value. Restaurant was very clean; waitress was all dressed in uniformed and acted professionally. I have gone over 300 restaurants over 20 states. Fresh bread with huge plates. I will definitely go back more often even if I have to travel to Sweethome from Albany.

Second Strike, Won't Get A Third
This is the second time we've gone as a family with a reservation. This time, we only had to stand outside for 20 minute after our reserved time. (The first was over an hour.) We where sat right next to the kitchen and it was loud and the floor shook every time someone walked by. I tried to order the prime rib and was told they don't have any tonight. (Despite the menu saying they serve Thursday - Saturday) The table next to us was seated 30 minutes after us and one of them ordered (and was served) prime rib. Our food took 75 minutes. My steak was cooked perfectly, but not seasoned. Everyone's fries where cold. The sandwich/ burger buns where soggy. The texture on the Alfredo had no one finishing it. (With 3 teenagers). We where out for my birthday and had gift certificates. We didn't use the full amount and gave it to another patron. The service was good, but the experience was so disappointing. We won't be giving them a third chance.

Not as great as it once was
Poor service, sub-par food, and unfriendly staff. They know they're the only decent restaurant in town, and their quality has suffered as a result.

Go here for terrific breakfast
Splendid breakfast on Tuesday morning, rather busy. Favorites were Neptune Benedict, with lots of seafood; special breakfast bacon sandwich with egg and avocado; best was crispy country fries -/ crispy baked potatoes. Delicious!

Ok....
Atmosphere was lovely. But prices are a bit bit high on some things. Especially a cup of clam chowder soup. ... First of all the clam chowder soup is not the best. I got a cup of chowder it was a very small bowl . I had 5 spoonfuls and it was gone. I paid $6.99! That's crazy! Service was good. Grouper used to be good not so good anymore. And they give you less than they used to. It's like it is everywhere you pay more but get less.
