Should have taken it as a sign at 6pm and nobody was in the restaurant. The service was friendly and quick but the only edible thing I had was the side salad. I ordered the clam fettuccine and I like garlic but it was so over the top I couldn’t eat it. However, the staff was kind and reduced the bill.

Pleasant surprise as we decided to give it a try. Good decision as we all were happy with our selections. Service was very good and friendly. Price value relationship was very good. Definitely worth a second visit.

Had to try the crabby oyster simply because of the name. We entered the restaurant just as it opened, and the manager was very welcoming. The decor is cute. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable, and the food was quite amazing. There are a lot of restaurants in Seaside and I’m sure it’s difficult to stay in business that being the case. Well, I can see why the crabby oyster is still here. I highly recommend you given them a try. Support your small businesses.

We spent 1 night in seaside and wanted to experience fresh west coast seafood. The reviews were good. We were expecting cheap and cheerful, but hoping for good food cooked simply and FRESH. This place was terrible. I doubt if there is even a cook in the kitchen. The costly seafood boil consisted of sad stale bits of a crab, tiny mussel shells that were empty, cold boiled potatoes, and some little plastic dishes of oil and dry spice . " Seasonal vegetables" with another dish seemed to have been taken from a packet and reheated from frozen. The " pan seared fresh salmon" was a wrinkled bit of dry fish. When we asked to talk to the chef, we were told this was not possible. When we asked to speak to the manager, we were told they were not there, and when phoned, they said: too bad, they ate the dishes so they cant have been that bad. We suggested to everyone we saw looking for a meal" do not go there". It was really disappointing. And in addition it was expensive!

Bad service. Got all my food at once…. So appetizers along with side salad and entree. Expensive crab cakes. Tasted okay. But side of veggies lacked any taste or spices. Like out of a bag u put in the microwave.
