Food terrible, service good
Came here after wine tasting. We were very hungry so ate the meal. Very bland food. Nothing special for the price. We got the filet and the pork both were very boring and bland. Very disappointed with the food. Pretty bad. On a positive note the service was great. Waitress very nice. But they need to improve the food.

Great Food
Service & food quality was superb! The brussel sprouts were fantastic and the truffle fries are cooked in truffle oil. Yum! Our burgers we cooked to perfection. The owner is a real delight!

Lucky second choice
We had planned on going to Red Hills Market, but couldn't find a parking space. So we pulled into the Dundee Bistro lot and there was a girl in a booth doing nothing that we could tell other than making sure you didn't park there and walk over to RHM. So Dundee Bistro it was! We got a French Dip, a Wagyu Burger (told it was new), and a Seasonal Salad which was greens, goat cheese, winter squash, almonds, and I can't remember what else, but all were delicious. Husband especially loved the crusty bread on his French Dip. Lots of red onions throughout in different forms. Truffle fries and home made chips. We didn't tell our server at the beginning that we were in kind of a hurry, so it was rather hectic at the end trying to finish up and pay, but they were very helpful expediting that, dropping off the check and to-go boxes to use at our leisure. We will definitely be back.

Trainwreck at Wine Country Destination
What is happening at the Dundee Bistro ? The manager has been on the job 2 weeks and no idea what it means to manage a restaurant ? The server (male) was lost and disconnected. The support staff are young, poorly trained and have bad attitudes. Salads for the table came our sporadically, or not at all. Same for dinners. This restaurant USED to be the best in the Oregon Wine region - but has lost it's way. We have been probably 30 times before - but this was a trainwreck of a dinner for us. Stay clear until you see better reviews in the future. Better options now.

Tasty in WIne Country
On vacation in Newburg area and this was a lovely dinner stop. It was a Tuesday in July and we didn't have reservations. The restaurant was not filled, but did get busy. I imagine on a weekend a reservation would be needed. Food was tasting and as presented. Fresh and well prepared. Casual, but still nice.
