An amazing experience between the food and the service. My wife said it was the best short ribs she ever had as she initially requested salmon and then Cyndi (the owner) came by and said changing the food request is no problem at all. My salmon was great also.

Good dinner experience
Nice location and ambiance (we ate outside). Service was attentive and very friendly. Food was pretty good. Great place for friends or happy hour. I would go back here.

Great Food
We have been looking for alternatives in Albany with high quality food and vegetarian options. We found one! Food was varied and great. We will be back!

Excellent service and incredibly delicious dinner. The Strawberry Limoncello Drop cocktail was amazing as was the Caesar salad with prawns, tomato soup and a side of creamy polenta.

Sweet Red Bistro a great place to celebrate! Or have a great meal any night.
We celebrated our 56th anniversary at Sweet Red in Albany. The whole experience was excellent. We were greeted warmly when we arrived. The greeter/hostess returned from collecting the menus and congratulated us on our anniversary. Everyone who came to our table after she seated us congratulated us on our anniversary. We ordered a bread plate for a starter which was very good. Our wine order was filled and then our meal order was taken. All relaxed and timely. We were gifted a glass of champaign to celebrate our anniversary which was a nice touch! My wife ordered steelhead and I ordered the Tenderloin Tips. Both were excellent. Well prepared, well presented and very tasty! This was one of the best anniversary meals we have had in 56 years. Thanks to the entire staff at Sweet Red!
