Best fish and chips in Lincoln City
Shuckers appears like a dive bar. Maybe it is. However, whenever we are in Lincoln City this is one of our favorite places for dinner. The halibut fish and chips are perfect. They have a great local IPA. I love the metal work decorations - wall sculptures and light fixtures. Service is fantastic and more often than not we get into interesting conversations with other diners.

MAKE THIS A FOOD STOP!!!!!!
A real "local" spot !!! Recommended by locals as more enjoyable chowder than places closer to the beach. Friendly staff and GOOD chowder which was highlighted by the melt-in-your-mouth fried toast !!!

Go for the oysters!
Oysters every way! We had shooters, pan fried and po-boy, buffalo wings and salad. Old school, no frills bar/restaurant with one waitress ably managing to serve everyone. We appreciated her suggestions and attentive service. Restrooms very clean, parking in the back, there is a separate smoking area (covered patio).

Give it a try....you'll be happy you did!
Like most reviews said, this is your dive bar come true! This was a Thursday night, and the staff consisted of one person cooking and delivering orders, and another taking orders, bar keeping, busing, and various other tasks. She was incredibly efficient. Anyway, I got a combo order of oysters, clams, cod, and prawns. Came with chowder and a small Cole slaw. Everything was fried except the oysters. I requested sautéed. Everything was very good, but the oysters were amazing! Came here a couple years ago, and had the shooters and half shells as well. Can't go wrong with any of the oysters.

Great oysters, fun, easygoing & friendly!
Fun & really good meal! The oyster platter with half shells, shooters, sauteed & pan fried was great! We also shared a garden salad & beers from their local tap. Oysters were all fresh & veryummy. The pan fried oysters were the best we've had anywhere. We asked to complement the chef & he came to our table to chat. What a nice guy....and he even shared how he makes the pan fried! Waitstaff this night(Tuesday) is a second chef on other nights & she was also great...so friendly, efficient, accommodating & kind. We'll be back every time we visit the area!
