Great lunch spot with a terrific patio area
Super friendly, the 1/4 lb burger with side salad was a perfect lunch. My partner had the bigger 1/2lb burger. The salad was very fresh, not a wilted leaf. The back patio garden area is beautiful and relaxing.

Good value
The inside is a low end sports bar, but the outside is cozy and serene. Good prices, with a $5 burger option. Food quality is mediocre, but price makes up for it. Staff might not know a lager from an IPA, so communicate what you want clearly, but again, prices are right. Even though the staff might not know a lager from an IPA, they are very friendly and try.

This is a great place!
My husband I visited the MillTown Pub after visiting the Oregon Garden and Silver Falls. We decided to come into Silverton for lunch. We had our dog with us and MillTown Pub has a wonderful backyard patio/area for eating and allows dogs! We were pleasantly surprised with the great food and service and it was busy during a Hawks game on a Sunday afternoon. If you're in the area, be sure to stop by, you won't be disappointed. Great prices also!

Hidden gem
After finding that all the restaurants in the Silverton downtown area had waiting lists, we decided to go (slightly) further afield. The Millhouse Pub is on the outskirts of Silverton in a residential area, and easy to miss because of it's pretty bland exterior. However, once you pass through the pretty dark bar/indoor eating area, and pass into the backyard area, it is like a small oasis, with a wonderful garden and eating area, including little "cubicles formed by wisteria vines and a waterfall which provides a nice acoustic background . The food is cheap and good (I had the catfish), as are the drinks. Highly recommended !

Good value
This is my favorite Silverton bar to get food. Not because the food is the best, or because the atmosphere is superb, or because the staff has always been great... sometimes the staff is great, sometimes they are new people that don't know anything about beer. The outside area is superb though, and the food is priced low. Pretty decent burger for 5 bucks, along with fries. It's what I would make my regular pub if I were a regular somewhere. For visitors, there might be more appealing places to visit, but this is the place that would probably appeal to more of the locals. Very nice outdoor area on hot summer days though.
