Lord Bennett's is our go-to for fine dining when we are in Bandon to celebrate special anniversary's. We were here for our 30th wedding anniversary on New Year's Eve. The wait staff is always very attentive. I ordered prime rib with veggies. Veggies were wonderful sauteed in butter and seasoning. Before the main course, the wait staff brings bread to the table along with cranberry bread in the bread basket. I ordered a specialty dessert and took it home with me. The view at the restaurant of Face Rock is the best in town.

Sunset Dinner and Drinks
Lord Bennett’s was one of the highlights of our Bandon trip. Food was delicious, service was on point and prices were reasonable for the area. We were also lucky enough to have one of the tables giving us a great view of the ocean at sunset.

Such a disappointing evening. We waited over an hour for our meals to be served. We watched other tables seated after us served earlier. Once the meals were served, the quality was mediocre at best. This has been a pretty good restaurant in the past, but last night was far off the mark.

A good experience
Lovely meal, excellent service, we were staying next door (don’t) and called in on the off chance of getting a table. It was busy but we were accommodated. Fresh clams and oysters, followed by halibut for him and the lamb chops for me. Decent wine selection at not silly prices. They try to position all tables for the sunset and there was a beautiful one

Summer evening, private celebration…..
We made reservations without requesting a specific table. Our table was magnificent. They did not know we were celebrating our 47th anniversary. A magical early evening which started with delicious cocktails then crab cakes, fresh halibut , lingcod served with Al dente vegetables topped off with pecan bites for dessert. We will return.
