Helmed by Executive Chef Rodrigo Ochoa and a diverse culinary team, the menu at Janken features shared plates, large-format dishes, and celebratory offerings like caviar service.
Janken, from the Japanese game of ‘Rock, Paper, Scissors,’ informs the natural elements, fluid design lines, and Japanese precision throughout the space. It is also a nod to the variety of experiences guests can have when they dine at Janken, whether it be a romantic first date, a festive birthday dinner, or a family gathering.
