Don’t order fish and chips
We made reservations and arrived on time We sat in the bar area, two of us ordered fish and chips, one cod and the other halibut This fish was mediocre at best fries were fantastic. Our waiter never checked back on us had no water I asked for a side of coleslaw at best. It was a quarter cup charged three dollars very disappointed.

Tessie is a keeper.
I’m from Las Vegas where we are used to good service. Tessie helps make Georgie’s a restaurant to experience. She welcomes you with a big smile and makes you feel special. She knows the area well and can give you the insider knowledge about the place. But most importantly, she makes you feel at home.

Great food with a great view
We ate breakfast at the restaurant because it was next door to our hotel. Delicious food, quick service, and a beautiful view overlooking the beach.

Excellent clam chowder in a sourdough bowl
I was in the mood for a good bowl of clam chowder and had seen reviews for Georgie's so I thought I'd give it a try. I ordered the chowder in a sourdough bread bowl. The chowder was very good with lots of clams and potatoes. It was not watery nor was it overly salty. It slightly overflowed the bread bowl so you know they didn't skimp on it. The bread bowl, itself, tended to be a bit on the chewy side, so that was the only "downside" I could think of. While I didn't have a window-side table, I could still look out the window and watch the ocean waves. The bread-bowl was very filling so couldn't find room for dessert (I've heard the marionberry cobbler is very good). I will most likely return at some point. The cost of the meal was $17.95.
